1) Order processing
1.1 We ship from our warehouse in Germany.
1.2 In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3 business days. These are items we hold in our warehouse and can get ready to ship as soon as your order comes in.
1.3 Items on order are ordered for you from the manufacturer, or the manufacturer makes them to order. For each variant, the product page shows "Ready to ship in approx. …": this is how long it takes until the item is ready to ship from us. The transit time to you comes on top (see your destination below). All times are approximate.
1.4 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If it is missing from your shipping confirmation, write to service@andustrialkonzept.com and we will send it to you.

2) Inspection on delivery
2.1 Please check the packaging for external damage when it arrives. If anything is damaged, write to service@andustrialkonzept.com. Please get in touch as soon as you can, ideally within a few days, with photos – a short video helps us too.

3) Destination: Germany
3.1 Parcels: €5.90 per order. Orders of €99.00 or more ship free.
3.2 Freight: €79.00 per order. Orders of €500.00 or more ship free.
3.3 Transit time from handover to the carrier, approx.:
– Parcels: 1–2 business days
– Freight: 2–5 business days

4) Destination: European Union
4.1 Parcels, per order:
– Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Poland: €5.90, free from €149.00
– Denmark, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain: €19.90, free from €149.00
– Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden: €29.90, free from €149.00
– Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, by total weight of the parcels: up to 1 kg €39.90 · up to 5 kg €49.90 · up to 10 kg €69.90 · up to 15 kg €89.90 · up to 20 kg €99.00 · up to 31.5 kg €149.00 · over 31.5 kg €279.00
4.2 Freight, per order:
– EU and Monaco: €299.00, free from €2,500.00 (except Greece, Malta, Cyprus)
– Greece, Malta: €799.00
– Cyprus: €2,149.00
4.3 No import duties apply within the EU, as all member states share one customs area.
4.4 Transit time from handover to the carrier, approx.:
– Parcels: 3–5 business days
– Freight: 4–7 business days

5) Destination: Europe outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway)

5.2 Freight, per order:
– Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Norway, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Gibraltar: €499.00
– Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine: €499.00
– San Marino, Vatican City: €299.00, free from €2,500.00
– Andorra: €399.00
– Iceland, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Svalbard: €1,599.00
5.3 Import duties and taxes: For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes or fees. They vary by country, change regularly and are outside our control. If you are unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering or use a tool such as Simply Duty.
5.4 Transit time from handover to the carrier, approx.:
– Parcels: 7–14 business days
– Freight: 10–20 business days
5.5 Lost or damaged shipments: Please check the packaging for external damage when it arrives. If anything is damaged, please get in touch as soon as you can, ideally within a few days, with photos – a short video helps us too. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 weeks, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. International shipments sometimes sit at customs or transit hubs for 1–2 weeks; this is not unusual and not yet a cause for concern.

6) Destination: United States
6.1 Parcels, per order by total weight of the parcels:
– up to 3 kg: USD 69.00
– up to 5 kg: USD 89.00
– up to 10 kg: USD 129.00
– up to 15 kg: USD 169.00
– up to 20 kg: USD 219.00
– up to 31.5 kg: USD 299.00
– over 31.5 kg: USD 549.00
6.2 Freight: USD 749.00 per order.
6.3 Import duties: For parcels we cover the import duties, so no customs charges are due on delivery. For freight we cannot cover import duties; they are paid by the recipient.
6.4 Transit time from handover to the carrier, approx.:
– Parcels: 5–8 business days
– Freight: 10–20 business days
6.5 Lost or damaged shipments: Please check the packaging for external damage when it arrives. 7.5 Middle East: Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, shipments to this region may currently take longer. This is caused by changed flight routes and limited freight capacity.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 weeks, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. 8) General notes
8.1 The countries shown at checkout indicate where you can request a delivery. This does not mean we can ship every product to every one of these destinations. We decline or cancel orders to a destination we cannot serve. In that case we will let you know and refund the full amount.
8.2 Parcel or freight: Items that are very large or weigh 25 kg or more ship by freight forwarder, all other items as parcels. Freight is delivered to the kerbside. The shipping costs for your order are shown at checkout.
8.3 If an order contains both parcel and freight items, both shipping amounts apply.
8.4 Lower shipping costs apply to some products; they are shown at checkout. If an order also contains other products, both shipping amounts apply.

9) Right of withdrawal
9.1 Everything about withdrawal and returns is in our right of withdrawal.
